HOW TO FIND YOUR TIRE SIZE

When calling in to request for tire replacement service, you must have your tire size number available. You must retrieve this information from the sidewall of the tire that is on your vehicle as shown in the photo above. This information must be available prior to sending a truck out for service. You must take a clear photo using your camera phone of the tire size number from the sidewall of the tire. This photo is a strict requirement for service as it must be sent to your roadside service technician upon request to confirm your tire size. If the photo is not provided when requested, your tire replacement service request will be cancelled without further notice. Photos of the tire size number from the vehicle's door jamb, owner's manual, internet, receipt from another company, or any other source besides the sidewall of your vehicle's tire WILL NOT be accepted. Please note that some vehicles have a different tire size in the front versus the rear. This is especially true for some European models and sports cars. ROADSIDE HAWKS 2.0

There are many improvements coming to our already great service. One of them is to provide service in other cities across the country. Due to popular demand, we are taking the Traveling Tire Shop concept on the road. In the coming months, we will begin providing mobile tire service in our first city outside of Atlanta. We will announce the new city in the near future. Here are a few hints to see if you can guess which city it is. The new location is in a city that is nowhere near Atlanta and is not in the state of Georgia. It is a large, warm weather city with palm trees, heavy traffic, and has beaches less than an hour away. This city was chosen in part because the residents of this city and state in particular, have always shown and continue to show significant interest and support for the Traveling Tire Shop concept. Also, they continue to suggest we should open up a location there. For our Roadside Hawks fans out there that may be wondering, we are not leaving Atlanta and will continue to offer our brand of service in this great city. We are simply expanding our brand to meet demand. One last hint is this city has hosted the Super Bowl at least twice in the 21st century. We will reveal this new city along with other improvements to our service in the near future.

We come to your location to provide Gas or Diesel Fuel Delivery Service for Cars, Pickup Trucks, SUVS, Vans, Light Duty Commercial Trucks, Vans, and Cutaway Vehicles should you mistakenly run out of fuel. We deliver premium grade fuels only to meet or exceed the requirements of today's Ultra Low Emission Vehicles. The starting price for roadside fuel delivery is $60 or more depending on the location and type of vehicle. Service price includes 5 gallons of gas for passenger vehicles and 10 gallons of diesel fuel for light duty commercial trucks plus non-mechanical priming if needed. FLAT TIRE REPLACEMENT SERVICE

We come to your location at home, work, or roadside to provide Brand New Tire Delivery and Onsite Installation Service in Metro Atlanta. Because we focus on providing reliable tires and quality service, we DO NOT offer used tire delivery. The starting price for tire delivery and installation is a mobile service fee of $100 or more PLUS the cost of the new tires. The mobile service fee is based on location of vehicle, type of tire, and number of tires delivered and installed. Tires are only available as part of our mobile service package and CANNOT be picked up or purchased as a separate item. The price of the new tires are $60 or more and is primarily based on the size and type of tire. The types of tires available for short notice mobile service include passenger, light truck, E-load, 16" G-load special trailer, and low profile. Tire sizes available are 13" to 22" factory size tires. We DO NOT service, deliver, or install tires with a profile below 30 (e.g. 305/25/22), half size tires (e.g. 8.00X16.5LT), or tires mounted on split rims. A tire repair is when we plug, or seal a repairable puncture in the tread area of your flat tire. Valve stem replacement is also available from 24 Hour Roadside Hawks. We always completely removed the flat tire from the vehicle to fully inspect it prior to performing the repair.
